At Audiology Group we always strive to ensure that everyone who has contact with our practice and its employees have a great experience. However, for us to be sure that our patients are happy and being treated well, it is very important that we have feedback.
This is especially true if you have had a bad experience at all and despite every effort being made to achieve the very best for patients, in a small minority of cases, problems occur and the products or services may fail to live up to expectations. Therefore, we ask that if you have any complaints regarding a product or service you have received at any of our practices at any time, in the first instance, if you feel able to do so we ask that you mention this to the member of staff at the time or ask to speak to the person in charge at the practice that day. If you feel unable to do this then please do not hesitate in contacting us and giving us the opportunity to help put things right. Any complaints or feedback are dealt with in the highest level of confidence.
